ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION & ESG

1. Waste Water Treatment

We operate a fully integrated, closed-loop water management system. All process water is collected and treated through a multi-stage purification process-including sedimentation, filtration, and pH neutralization, to effectively remove suspended solids and contaminants. The treated water is then extensively recycled back into production processes, such as equipment cooling and sand mixing. This systematic reuse significantly reduces freshwater intake and enables near-zero discharge of industrial wastewater.

2. Waste Gas Treatment

Dust and gaseous emissions generated during production are systematically controlled at source. We utilize a combination of high-efficiency baghouse dust collectors and wet scrubbers, which capture particulate matter and neutralize acidic components before release. Continuous emission monitoring ensures that all exhaust outputs consistently comply with, and often exceed, stringent local and national air quality standards.

3. Solid Waste Treatment

We adhere to a strict “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” hierarchy for all solid by-products. Foundry sand is systematically reclaimed and reintroduced into our molding lines. Non-reusable sand, slag, and other inert materials are carefully sorted and sent to licensed processors. These materials are either recycled into construction aggregates or disposed of via environmentally responsible channels, thereby minimizing landfill reliance.

4. Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction

Our commitment to sustainability permeates every aspect of operations. We employ high-efficiency medium-frequency melting furnaces and have implemented heat recovery systems to capture and reuse waste thermal energy. Through continuous process optimization and equipment upgrades, we actively reduce the energy consumed per ton of casting produced. These integrated measures lower our dependence on fossil fuels and substantially reduce our overall carbon footprint, supporting broader climate change mitigation efforts.
